- Terms of Sales and Delivery
- This document is valid for Printed Circuit Boards supplied by SEP Co.,Ltd.
- 1 Delivery Conditions.
Delivery conditions is different from customers(As agreed between SEP Co.,Ltd and Customer)
- 2 Payment Terms
Payment Terms is net 45days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment will incur a 2% interest charge
Commencing the beginning of each month.
SEP Co.,Ltd. reserves title to the delivered products until the total purchase price with possible
interest and expenses are paid in full.
- 3 The validity of our quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 4 Delivery date
SEP Co.,Ltd. stated delivery date is valid from receipt of approved documentation/artwork and until the
Products are delivered to the agreed destination.
- 5 Quantity
SEP Co.,Ltd. Reserves the right to deliver and invoice the ordered quantity, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 6 Cancellation or Alteration(Modification)
Cancellation or Alteration of orders have to be notified to SEP Co.,Ltd. the customer is obliged to pay for the
work which has been done at that time.
- 7 Quality
SEP Co.,Ltd. is responsible for ensuring the delivered products fulfil the requirements of the order. Unless
Otherwise agreed, the relevant IPC-A-600 Rev.G and IPC-6012 is valid.
- 8 Complaint
SEP Co.,Ltd. must receive letters of complaint, within 15 (fifteen) days after the product has been delivered.
If complaints are valid, SEP Co.,Ltd. reserves the right to provide new, or repair the faulty product, unless
Otherwise agreed in writing. SEP Co.,Ltd. is only responsible if the products have a production failure or are
damaged due to bad handling prior to delivery to the customer.
Failures caused by the customer's own storage conditions or due to bad handling after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Complaints regarding failures, which can only be discovered by electrical test, are accepted within 3 (three) months after the delivery
has taken place.
- 9 Compensation
If SEP Co.,Ltd. accepts responsibility for a complaint and product replacement is not required, a financial
Compensation can be agreed according to the customer's loss up to the total amount of the order value. SEP
Co.,Ltd. is not responsible for possible consequential loss.
- 10 Return of a product
Before products can be returned, it must be accepted by SEP Co., Ltd. in writing and SEP Co.,Ltd. Release RMA
number.
